Hi — we're the Gallo family, and we live in Charlotte, North Carolina, about 9,000 miles from wherever you're reading this. A friend just handed you this card because we wanted you to feel like you already knew us a little, before we ever get to shake your hand. This little site is our home, packed into a phone: our state, our story, our food, our family. Have a look around — there's no rush, and nothing to study for.
